.....#1. It's a misconception to think that sunscreen is not required in the winter months.

 UVB rays are reduced in strength in the winter months These rays are the ones that tan and burn us. 

UVA rays are the ones that cause the most problems with the risk of cancer and they shine through in any weather at any time of the year. 

Our anti-aging regimen are against these rays, even when its snowing.



.....#2. Of all the things that cause the skin to wrinkle, who would have thought yawning.

 Yawning causes the eyes to water creating puffiness and swelling to occur both day or night.

 The resulting effect is a weakening of the skins elasticity around the eyes causing wrinkles.

Yawning is also a result of not enough oxygen getting to the brain. Deep breathing exercises should help.

Increasing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Sunglasses are recommended for out of doors.
