Bodybuilding- The Ultimate Arm Workout

Everyone Loves Big Guns-

Bi's and Tri's in the Same Day?????

Bodybydoug-

Bodybuilding workouts for mass, bodybuilding workouts for cardio, bodybuilding workouts for strength, bodybuilding workouts for weight-loss, bodybuilding workouts for definition, bodybuilding workouts for cutting and getting shredded, bodybuilding workouts for the over 40!!!

In the bodybuilding world there are as many routines for the arms as there are opinions on how to exactly work the arms.

So say high reps to feel the pump and flow the muscle with blood.

Other say heavy is the only way and if you go on the Internet you can find hundreds of routines.

 Here's another one!!!

Arms recover quickly from a workout. Its part of the greater design, we use them all the time.

With that being said overloading them with too many workouts in a week or month isn't the best opinion.

They need recovery time being involved with the back and chest routines.

I myself tend to work the bi's and Tri's together an only once a week.

Psych yourself up for your one day and hit them hard with compound movements.

Isolating moves are good for details, but the real strength is in heavy movements.

Rest time for these is the usual 45 to 90 seconds.

Proper warm-up with 2 or 3 sets of lighter weight, and I always use an easy curl bar because it's so easy on the wrist.

Easy Curl Bar-

Medium Weight- 4 sets@ 8 to 10 reps
Heaviest Weight- 4 sets@ 6 reps
Preacher Curl
  Medium Weight- 4 sets@ 8 to 10 reps
  Heaviest Weight- 4 sets@ 6 reps

Seated Curl- try different angles with the bench and see what works for you.

Medium Weight- 4 sets@ 8 to 10
Heaviest Weight- 2 sets to failure

Close Grip Benching-

Medium Weight- 3 sets@8 to 10 reps
Heaviest Weight- 4 sets@ 6 reps

Dips for the Tri's-

Add Weights- 4 sets@ 6 reps
Bodyweight- 4 sets@ to failure

Pushdowns-

Medium Weight 4 sets@ 8 to 10 reps
Heaviest Weight 4 sets@ 6 reps

Marketing-Working The Home Business

Working the Home Business-

Are you In?

Bodybydoug-

You've inquired and now you'll really thinking about starting that home business.

Just imagine you're the boss, the glitz, the glamour, you set your own hours, setting your own schedule.

Before you go into full rocket mode though you should also be thinking about the discipline, the amount of work, the financial aspects.

Together we'll look at the drawbacks and the benefits of working from home.

The pros and cons really depend quite a bit on your own personally.

There's no boss of co-workers messing up your day. The amount of work depends on your focus, your hustle, and your ability to pick up the phone and connect with recruits, clients, etc.

Failure or success are all on you.

I love the solitude and if that's not a problem for you than the task comes down to focus.

I'm an MLM'er that blogs.

A lot of time can dissipated with the full on production of a blog post everyday or at least several times a week, plus all the other aspects of Online Marketing.

Checking out Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or other Social Media's every ten minutes is a distraction that will have to be avoided.

Set your priorities and set a schedule.

Although some flexibility in your schedule is ok,{ that's one of the main reason to be at home},you will need to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Sometimes it's good to stop and ask yourself if the activity you are currently involved in is going to generate any eventual wealth.

This one is pretty easy, if you're into Online Marketing and you're afraid to pick up the phone and talk to customers or recruits, might I suggest a different type of income@home.

This is a serious job no matter what others think and could turn into a 6 or 7 figure income.

Treat it with that kind of respect.

     There is the tax advantage.

Keep it real because the tax agency will.

Deductions need to be valid, a certain amount of the Internet bill, a certain amount of the phone bill, etc. and if like me you are in Canada if you are claiming an amount for office space they will want proof,{a photo, etc.}.

You are responsible for what gets done but you can take some short cuts.

For those tasks that burden you down freelance them out. Web design, landing pages, a virtual assistant, have someone write articles for you or create an ebook.

 Escape the daily grind freelance.

If children are part of the picture don't despair.

Seeing you work hard to achieve an end goal can greatly influence their development and their own future work habits.

Don't take this part lightly the benefit here on your family and their future can be huge.

When first contacted you were probably asked to put in 10 to 15 hours a week.

You have since found out that more hours will be required if you want to hit that 5 to 6 figure monthly income.

If the work is there and its the weekend you are going to have to come to terms that the work may not be able to wait.

You will have to limit some of your own flexibility.

Invest in yourself, learn the lessons necessary to move forward in your home based business, teach what you know, and don't let anyone steal your dreams.

Develop that thick outer layer when it comes to building your dream, for both yourself and your family. It will be worth it!!!!!

Marketing Through Cold Calling

Marketing Through Cold Calling

http://www.solutionstothetrafficniche.com

Bodybydoug-

I've taken so many courses on this subject I could write a book, so I'll try to keep it brief.

If you're going to be an online marketer a couple things are required a computer, a phone and a script.

The last one can be twitched, but you will need the phone and if you want to move your neck again you'll need a good head set.

Most people burn out their warm market, {friends and family}, before their know what they're doing so that leaves reaching out to strangers.

Here's a cold calling fact. You can expect to close about 5% of the people you talk to and with practice that can improve.

If you're reaching out by phone ....here are some well earned tips.

.....I took a course from Tracy Monteforte called,"Dialing for Dollars", and she does a weekly webinar where she calls prospects. Can't even count the number of time she has been hung up on.

The moral of the story here is....don't let toxic people destroy your dreams....you will be hung up on, cursed and yelled at, but hold your posture, you are a professional business owner.

Remember you don't know who has been pitching to them prior to you calling them or what kind of day they are having. Always smile and be polite.

Develop a thick skin...don't be so easily offended and if need be move on.

.....Go for the quick NO...as opposed to the long drawn out NO....you are busy and you need to talk to as many people about your opportunity as possible.

.....Manage the conversation...being polite but firm...example...we are looking for a few sharp people not just anyone if you know what I mean....again example...the prospect-I don't think I can do this..your response...you are probably right I'm looking for serious people who want to generate income right away.

.....What you lack in knowledge make up for with numbers..you will get better...just start and pick up the phone.

.....If someone is being negative, ask for a referral....sounds to me like this isn't a fit for you right now do you know anyone who wants to generate income right away.

They will hung up, say no, change their tune, or maybe give you a referral.

.....Towards the end of the conversation...check and repeat their email, put a rush on them watch your video....set a time for the second call...AND....assure them that you will keep the appt. time for the second call.....tell them you are a professional and can you expect the same from them.

.....Visualize the yes before picking up the phone.

Marketing Strategies for Team Building

Bodybydoug

10 Network Marketing Tips for Team Building

http://www.solutionstothetrafficniche.com

1)-People join Home based business opportunities under an emotional cloud, because this is and emotional business.

Never assume someone is going to work as hard as you do.

The best you can hope for and should insist upon is that they at least use the product or service your MLM provides.

They will move at their own pace.

2)- Giving unsolicited advice can be a big NO NO.

Again it's an emotionally based industry and bossing someone around, especially without knowing their desires or what goals they have set for themselves, will only lead to hurt feelings and resentment.

Hopefully before signing them into the "opportunity" you inquired as to whether they were coachable or not.

3)-Acknowledge everyone's achievements within the group.

A great way to do this is to set up a private Facebook group only for your downline.

I know it's hard to believe, but some people join MLM's for the group atmosphere and companionship.

Besides leveraged income works best with the whole downline happy.

4)- Although motivation is a great word, leave it behind.

Stop trying to motivate your downline and instead inspire them by setting an example.

Show them how the system works by rank advancing and winning awards.

Believe me they will get the message.

5)-Try pulling the right questions out of your team instead of being pushy.

What are they hoping to gain?

Why did you join?

If you're unwilling to finish the training and follow a proven system of generating wealth, then what steps are you going to take to Financial Freedom?

By having them stop and think about the answers, you will illicit a better response.

6)- Teach your team how to get along without you.

No, not that you are going anywhere, but you can't continue to be the only person answering all the questions.

One of the best tricks of the trade is to make sure that the first thing new recruits have the phone number to tech. support and know your training steps so you can point them in the right direction.

7)- Number seven is one of my favorites, and it is the reason I qualify people on the first interview with them. I may be pretty but I'm not your momma!

You have to protect your time.

If you're giving advice but they are never taking or implementing it, then start giving out homework assigns to curve the problem.

With a large team it will be impossible to keep giving one individual an hour every day.

8)-Educate yourself !

Constantly be taking course and training that will further both you and your team in this emotionally run industry.

Social media and the various ways of using it are constantly changing and you as the team leader need to stay on top of the latest trends.

I hope this goes without saying but share what you learn.

9)- See yourself as having a team and running a team, inspiring a team before you have a team.

Change your thought patterns and behaviors as if the team already exist.

It's not a delusion, you're just training your mind to move in a different direction.

10)- Train them up in the way they should go.

Let other leaders within the group emerge and then be willing to share the spotlight.

Keeping potential new leaders down will only cause them to take flight and move on to something else.

Tips to Getting the Sign-Up

Tips to Getting the Sign-Up

http://www.solutionstothetrafficniche.com

Bodybydoug-

Let's just start by being real. When it comes to Network Marketing online or offline the phone is a necessity.

Get over your fear of the phone and for all you phone haters out there, if the phone is the number 1 enemy then move on there are other ways to make money. Mastering your skills over the phone conversation is more valuable than learning lead generation or driving traffic.

If you can't close the deal with conversions, then what are you left with?

Answer- multiple phone conversations with strangers and that adds up to a negative bank account.

1)- A quick no is better than a long drawn out no.

Get to the point you're busy, the person on the other end of the phone is busy.  Most people will realize a fake 20 minute pitch.

2)-Ask questions and ask the questions that will help lead you to an understanding of what they are looking for.

You should not be the one dancing around questions, they should. If for some reason you have to dance, make sure you take the lead.

3)-If you've made an appointment and they fail to meet it, don't belittle them in a message.

Kindness, manners and a professional attitude  works wonders, and in my particular MLM I have a back end offer. If I can't recruit them I would still like them as a customer.

4)-Going along with number three, if you are leaving a voicemail never include your pitch, never

. I use the three strikes you're out method.

On the third message I simply state that I'm taking them off the list, {you would be surprised by how many people hate the thought of being taken off a list and return the call}.

Still always be professional, after the third call if in two days I haven't heard from them I send an email with the back end offer.

Hopefully they try the product and decide in time it's something they want to sell. Manners first.

5)-Move out of sales mode and talk about what the product does. Ingredients matter but most people aren't concerned with the amount of raspberry ketones in your product.

Have THEM instead draw a picture of the future them at the family function down 50 lbs. Of course key it to your product.

6)-Be professional with your pitch and remember you are not a beggar. If they sign up you may be with them for a long time.

7)-If you're beginning the phone conversation remember the fact that they were not expecting your phone call.

Manage your tonality with an upward pitch.

This causes a bit of confusion with the prospective recruit and allows you to get into the conversation.

On the opposite end if they're interested in your opportunity seal the close with a downward pitch.

"Sounds to me like you're ready to join".

8)- Always be learning new skills, but in the meantime what you lack in skills make up for in numbers.

You will improve get your offer in front of as many people as possible.

9)-Don't be addicted to the outcome. More people are going to say no then yes.

Remember that there are always more of them then there are of us. The numbers are on your side.

10)-Go to Staple and get a "that was easy button", hit it after every phone call including the hang ups and the one that curse you out.

 Psych yourself.

 Celebrate the wins.

11)- Enjoy the journey.

More Followers on Instagram

Gaining Followers on Instagram

Some Do's and Some Don'ts

http://www.solutionstothetrafficniche.com

Bodybydoug-

The fun of Instagram is to have followers and have them interact with you and you do the same.

If you're a marketer looking to expand your reach the objective can and should be to still have fun and interact with followers.

Gaining followers needs to be approached the right way, deploying spammy techniques is a sure fire way to have your account deleted. Looking at this from a Marketing view.

1)- Understand why you want followers and make those photos exciting and different. Even with marketing get creative. Instagram is still social sharing and boring is not going to bring in the followers. My personal preference is you can still post,{ 2 to 4 }, times a day, but not all business. Several posts a week mixed into the fray will do nicely. Some marketers can post with much less restriction, example apparel ads.

2)-People will check out your profile so make it clear, these are mostly young people and they have their bullshit meter out, be real. If you are only keeping in touch with friends then post what you like, but if marketing is your goal make those photo's interesting. Showcase your industry and a behind-the-scenes look. No one wants to see what you had for breakfast lunch and dinner. Please spare us.

3)- People looking at your account will be looking at the last 20 or so photos, so make sure that you eliminate the fuzzy or grainy picks. Your feed needs to be awesome.

4)- Hastags are used for a reason, use them. Find out the one's that suit your niche' and make a list. Although you can use up to 50, use several the first time and some time later you can go back and added more, giving you greater and prolonged exposure. Marketing a health and wellness product? #healthy #healthyliving #wellness #fitness , you get the picture.

5)- If you like what you see in a potential follower, you can alway follow them back. Make sure it's something you want to do. So people follow you to have you follow them back and then unfollow you. I know soooo uncool.
You can like a photo by clicking on the heart, but if someone is getting 482 likes, then it is unlikely that they will notice your effort.
Again pick and choose carefully who you want to follow. Follow to many and your own feed may become useless and limit your following to only several a day. Make smart choices.
If you're looking to get someones attention, then the best way is to leave a comment. I read all comments good or bad. If you're a marketer and you want to be noticed put some thought into your comment.

6)- Want to leave multiple comment on various post with your computer, then Statigram is for you.
Search the relevant hashtag, select list view and start going through the photos leaving your comments as you go.

7)- Once you have followers again, easy on the posting, and don't be spammy on someone Else's photo. I've posted photos and then have a competitor just post their profile name under the comment section, without even liking the post. Really, bad form.

8)- Other spammy practices to stay away from buying followers, trading likes for followers, threatening to eliminate follow if they don't go like like your last 5 posts,{ I know it makes no sense }, and my personal pet peeve, posting a picture of a friend and asking people to follow them and then the friend turns around and does the same thing for you. Annoying.

9)- Your audience is important, don't be afraid to engage them. Don't only post interesting pictures but make the description just as fun. Remember marketers this is social sharing and its not all about you. Stay dedicated you will get there.

10)- Have fun.

Bodybydoug-

If a picture is worth a 1000 Words, than with Instagram on your Marketing table several dozen pictures could be worth Thousands to you bank account. Taking a in depth look at the Social Giant.

A picture these days on Instagram is worth more than a thousand words.

With the Social Media giant making it's voice known, a thousand words can turn into a thousand conversions. Marketers are taking notice and branding themselves in a whole new way.

Engagement with brands among users of the Instagram Network is far superior to that of any other social media platform.

Everyone wants to run to Facebook to post their latest product, but of the 7 top social media networks Instagram's engagement rate is running close to 5%.

While the rate of the others can't even manage 1%.

In a recent Forrester research report by Nate Elliott, Instagram has 58 times the engagement rate of Facebook and a whooping 120 times more engagement than Twitter. Marketers are taking note of this with plenty of room for improvements and a great niche' for the creative marketer willing to think outside the box.

Social Media Marketing Industry Report shows that marketing efforts on Instagram are up 10% from a year ago with more than 40% increasing their brand present in the going year.

Again be creative with your postings. Followers are looking for something to engage them, something to grab their attention and make them feel as if they are part of the action. Endless product placement ads are not the answer.

I follow some of these advertisers and when running across the same ads over and over again I tune them out and move on to other posts. If you're not engaging and creative than you're just wasting time and effort. Do us a favor and learn a trick or two.

Think Big, Think Marketing, Think Rich

Think Big, Think Marketing, Think Rich

Bodybydoug-

Why are you choosing online marketing?

 Why now?

The responses to the questions are as varied as the industry itself.

When the responses of prospects show up on my screen the statements are predictable, almost a cliche' if you will.

Need money.....tired of living paycheck to paycheck....tired of making someone else rich.....pay bills....broke need money.

---- So the first revision in your thinking should be how do I turn my yearly salary into my monthly salary, and how do I then go from monthly to weekly? With small changes in our thinking patterns we move into think big, think rich.

----Start by constantly readjusting your thinking. Thinking bigger leads to wanting bigger and readjusting your thinking again once you hit set goals....in short never stop.

----Surround yourself with or at least listen to people who are making more than you.

----Constantly invest in your education and don't look at it like an expense.

----Occasionally treat yourself and realize that you're worth it.

----Separate yourself from those whose only goal in life is to steal your dream.

----Stop watching all the negative on TV, stop listening to all the negative on the radio, especially before bed.

----Believe in abundance.

----Write down what you want and post it in a visible area.

----Don't believe in an either or that ending. You can have wealth, family, health and be loving all at the same time.

----Not sure what your purpose in life is....get to work and figure it out.

----Believe there are people that care about your success.

----Work on your personal self development everyday and create a list of life affirming statements.
----Participate in company events, the most success people go to conferences.

----This one was hard for me....but embrace the journey...all the knowledge you are acquiring....be a sponge....Think Big, Think Marketing, Think Rich.

Marketing the Perfect Blog Post

Marketing the Perfect Blog Post

http://www.solutionstothetrafficniche.com

Bodybydoug

Creating the perfect blog post and getting it to rank well, as well as grab the audience can seem like a daunting task. It can be, but follow some simple rules, give it some thought, and the post will begin to write itself.

The Headline-

Question- Is your headline clear....does it evoke curiosity and an emotional response....is it straight to the point......will it rank because of keywords....is it likely that someone will type in that title.
I know it's a lot right off the bat.

The Introduction-

For the introduction....are you providing a clear and concise overview....have you captured your audience....did you include a picture or a video and is that going to grab the reader.
{ and Keywords, Video, Links and tags all help with the SEO}

The Body-

When writing your blog post, make sure you ask yourself.....

(1)-create a conversation, an example of this is "I've had this experience"....I and you bring people into the conversation.....

(2)-if you're smart or not don't talk down to your audience, it's a great way to lose them.....

(3)wordpress offers you many tools, format your post correctly......

.(4)don't make stuff up, back up your statements and you brand yourself as the expert....

(5)if you're quoting someone else, mention it.....

(6)you can link to other sites and inform them that you've done that, and link to your other sites......

(7)mention current trends if that's relevant, and make the content concise don't add stuff just for the sake of lengthening the piece....

(8)subheadings can make it easier for the reader to skim the post.....

(9)long dense paragraphs are hard to read and hard on the eyes, break it up.....

(10)if possible tell a story to hook the readers....

(11)using video and images are great, make sure they personalize the post.....

(12)if you're going to appeal to someones emotions, try putting them on a roller coaster ride.

The Conclusion-

So we are going to the end of your post.

One of the best ways is to end with a question which can generate more comments and increase the likelihood that the post will be shared......if it's a longer post wrap it up with a couple short paragraphs......end the conclusion with 150 words or less......just like ending with a question leave things open to new ideas and sharing....

The Promotion

Are you publishing your post at the right time of day, who is your target audience and what are they doing at the time you post.......
are you collecting emails, and......
what's your offer, {giving away value for free}, an ebook, PDF file, or a free course.......
do you have your share buttons all lined up, and an added note.....
don't go nuts on the share buttons.....
too many tend to be a distraction.......
have a comment box and encourage people to share....
make sure you acknowledge those who have contributed to the post....
.use social meta tags.....
increase traffic by using Slideshare,{ you may have to adjust your post to avoid double content penalties......read up on how to do this first before you charge in......
on some Social Media channels like Twitter you can share your content 2 or 3 times.

Have fun...

Perfect Marketing through Customers

Perfect Marketing through Customers

Creating a website design is the beginning and adding a comment section is the end of a website. AKA Your Blog.

The beginning and the end.

You create whatever is in the middle, but the customer is going to be the one who see's the website design right at the beginning and decide whether further investigation is necessary.

A conversion, a follower or a new recruit is the ultimate and is the reason for the main design structure within the website, but in the end we what shares and plenty of positive enlighten comments to further the conversation and bring them back ,{ with friends }, for more.

1)- Close to 50% of people say that a website's design influences them as to the reliability of a business.

2)- It is of the utmost importance today that a website be mobile ready.

There are more mobile devices today then TV's and computers combined.

Close to 70% of shoppers today are buying from sites that are mobile friendly.

You can check your site at----------??. This is a growing trend don't ignore that advice.

3)- Almost 100% of shoppers said they rejected a poorly designed, hard to navigate website.

If you're unsure about designing your own website then pay someone to do it for you and make sure its what you want.....you're paying for it.

 Come on folks almost 100%.

4)- Website loading time is also a concern. Most people will only wait a few seconds before moving on.

Although I give website loading more time, even I after about 30 seconds will move on. A customer is going to give you about 4 seconds.

If you thought the design part was scary, then let's move on to the comment section.

Close to 90% of online customers say that they view the comment section of a web page.

So review your reviews often as bad reviews can start to impact your bottom line pretty quickly.

1) If you have repeat customers that you know about.....ask them nicely to post a positive review......unhappy customers tend to post far more often than the happy ones.....hence the review your reviews.

2)- Even though you may want to scrap the bad comments read them first....have a open mind and you may learn what needs to be fixed.

If the gripe is relevant fix it.

If you can tolerate it respond to negative comments....remember love covers a multitude of sins.

3)- If you have promotional items give them out.....AKA swag them with love.

Don't go nuts, but a little bribe now and again doesn't hurt........and if they like you and your product they probably won't mind showing it off.

Three words, { Search Engine Optimization }, have struck fear into both newbies and seasoned veterans.

We all want the best results but how do we exactly go about it.

Although easier than it once was, many online marketing pros simply threw in the towel and relied on social media to generate traffic and leads.

Here's some tips to getting more eyes on your prize.

.....Use Targeted Keyword Phrases, no mixing and matching stuff.

This will help with the google search. Make use of the Metadata....the tracking of your site.

Make sure the meta description box and above it the meta title box are using the same keyword phrase, along with your URL.

.....See how people search by employing a free service Google Keyword Planner.

If you're in the weight-loss business, for example, just targeting the word "weight-loss" is too big of a fish to land. Target a exact area like "extreme, rapid, weight-loss".

You will be dealing with a much smaller fish.

.....Your landing page should contain posts that relate to the keyword search "extreme,rapid,weight-loss".

Tag everything is sight with your keyword like videos and images.

Multiple phrases like that above work better than single phrases. If your on page 20 of the google search....ain't nobody going to find you!!!

.....Videos work great because they're harder to produce, therefore they have a tendency to rank higher.....and there's always the possibility that they can go viral.

You will want to embed links in your videos with the keyword you're targeting.....this needs to be done properly and a course on making videos with the description is highly recommended.
