     Anyone living in the Northern Hemisphere can't wait for spring and summer to arrive and enjoy this special time outside. This comes with a cautionary tale though, prolonged sun exposure at any age will lead to wrinkles, age spots and other potentially worsening skin problems. And the anti-aging tips are-

.....here's the tips and we should all know them by now. Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, reapply often,{about every two hours}, especially with swimming or exercise.

.....seek the shade. The sun's rays are the strongest between 10 am and 2 pm.

.....if you're spending long hours in the sun. For anyone working outdoors its best to cover up as much as possible. I know its difficult but your older self will thank you.

.....don't smoke or quit if you do. No heavy lecture here, but smoking robs the skin of oxygen and nutrients. It also decreases the blood flow to the outer layers of the skin, damaging collagen.

.....Keep shower time to a minimum. The hotter the water the more essential oils are stripped from the skin, but please for everyone sake please do bath.

.....use a mild cleanser. I suggest, {click link},  mangosteen cleaners.
